IMAG #20: Collaboration and Connection

Much of what happens in an art room, community, studios, museums, and yes, IMAG editing team involves collaboration and connection. We often ask students and community members to work together, collectively problem pose and solve, and make connections across cultures, mediums, and paradigms. How do you, your students, and/or community members collaborate in the making of art? What connections bring integrity to art education? What have you learned about the “art” of living together peacefully, respectfully, and creatively? How might art making and art viewing lead to a healthy practice of negotiation, empathy, and cultural and environmental sensitivity? Please email your submissions to imag@insea.org
