IMAG #16 CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The Principal Co-Editors of IMAG invite you to submit to our next issue with the theme: Building sustainable, inclusive environments that cultivate the creative process. We are looking for various examples from schools, museums, and community organizations that illustrate how learning through art can promote and model a strong sense of belonging and equity for diverse populations that include those with physical, social, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Some questions that may be addressed include: How do you create a compassionate and creative community for all? How have the arts contributed to cultivating an inclusive environment? What specific strategies have worked for you to generate a feeling of belonging for everyone in your learning environment? How have you created an ethos where everyone feels safe to explore the creative process?
The deadline for submissions is November 20. You will find guidelines for submitting visual essays on the InSEA website: https://www.insea.org/imag/
